Why does Weavile learn no decent ice moves.

Why is smashing rocks here the only way to get Heart Scales so it can relearn a shitty ice move
Ive been doing this for 2 hours and no scales

You are right, the BF is not PWT. It is way better than the PWT. The BF actually introduced fun rule variations and gave you interesting challenges. PWT just sucked your nostalgia dick.

Pokemon-GL themed tournaments + ladders + Usage Resources are better than both, though.

PWT is shallow nostalgia dickriding, Emerald's Frontier is stuck in the least competitive friendly generation making it a waste of space, and the Platinum/HGSS Frontier has shitty gimmicks that barely change anything
