Let's say a man is 6'0", 205 lbs, 27 years old.

Based on the strengths and weaknesses of various Pokemon that are similar to average humans in at least one or some aspects, what would the unarmed human man's base stats be?
Attack, Defense, Sp. Attack, Sp. Defense. Speed
Would type would he be?
What moves could he learn?
Ability?

Torkoal's base speed is 20, which is certainly slower than a human.
A human would probably have a base speed of around 65, between Mankey and Machamp.

I meant what non-legendary has decent HP AND defenses? I mean Snorlax has a defense of 65, I doubt an American is bulkier than Snorlax.

Attack: 65.
Defense: 45.
Sp Attack 10
Sp. Def 55
Speed 70
Basically the Machop line's movepool, trimmed down a bit. (Ignore some of these if Machamp can't learn them either. Omit anything egregious that I forgot) No Fire Blast, Elemental punches, Rest, Vacuum Wave, Focus Blast, Rock Slide or Tomb, Earthquake, Hyper Beam, Protect, Substitute, and Double Team. Add Bite, Sand Attack, Rock Throw, and Tackle.
