Ok, /vp/. I'm at this guy's gym in Black 2 but my team is underleveled (36-42 mostly 39). Where do I grind that isn't the breeder with the Dragonbreath Altaria?

You can always go back to Nimbasa for daily rematches in the Big and Small stadiums, as well as the Ferris Wheel. That was my regular xp top off place.
