Primeape is supposed to symbolise rage. Which is in no way an "underhanded" tactic of battle (which is what dark symbolises)

Plus Luxray is underwhelming af (PU on smogon), yet is only a few base stat points away from Arcanine (UU on smogon). They even both get intimidate. That and it'd be a new type combo which would be nice

Pokemon such as Whismur, Jigglypuff, the Ampharos Mega, (Milotic?), Bronzong, Chatot, Audino, Meloetta, get modifications / new forms to include this.
Plus new Pokemon.

No idea what its weaknesses or counter should be.
