I have a question!! I am playing Omega Ruby and I have a bunch of Pokémon from bank from my white version on it. I do not have the national dex yet but let's take Patrat as an example.
Tldr here is the question: If I have the Patrat in my box, trade it away, and then later get the national dex, will it appear as caught, or will I need the Patrat in my box as I get the nat dex?
