he's really cool and somewhat creepy in his origins and contrast to every other pokemon, all the while not being edgy. also the first mon to utilize other forms, which left young me fucking dumbfounded.

pretty sweat, although I wish it were included as a side quest in RSE somewhat like the regis. Definitely one of the spookiest legendaries for me, especially in the movie

I'll bite the b8 since nobody else will.

Deoxys is no longer a Mythical Pokémon, due to it being a generic Post-Game Legend in OR/AS. It's just the Hoenn equivalent of Mewtwo now. It's not even being included in the Mythical 20th Anniversary Box Sets.

Besides. Darkrai is cooler anyways. And so is Genesect.

Then why is it literally the only Gen 1-4 "Mythical" Pokémon not being included in the Box sets? There was even an extra month for him, because they're releasing these monthly, and without Deoxys, there's only 11 box sets.

And on top of that, go ahead and explain how a Mythical Pokémon (The name being created to define Legendaries only available through Events) can be caught In-Game just fine in OR/AS, and still be called Mythical?

Because it's still the only Pokemon of it's kind, or seemingly the only one of it's kind. It has no gender, cannot be bred (Manaphy and Phione are mythicals but are the exception to this rule, so there are exceptions) doesn't evolve, and not to mention

Because like the Kalos Mythicals it had a widespread "distribution" this generation already, so it isn't a part of the anniversary merch and distribution lineup

The one caught in ORAS is still a fateful encounter like an event
