i buy the power saves but when i put the pokemon x in the power saves, the software crash and i cannot edit nothing.

This. Powersaves is nice and all but kinda unnecessary right now since homebrew can be used on the current firmware for backing up saves and editing them with PKHeX which is a lot better.

But either way, try restarting your computer or uninstalling/installing the powersaves software again
