Let's fix the moe-blob, built purely for merchandise pokemon. I'm not talking "lazy design", I'm talking pokemon that gamefreak builds with the idea of easy manufacturing into toys and plushies.

Stufful and Bewear are literally based off of merchandise (plushes and mascots respectively). Their design is perfectly justified, and that reskinned Ursaring garbage is not.

It's like complaining about Banette being created to sell toys, when it's actually supposed to be one.

I did a fun thing once in a in-game double battle, I had Gourgeist and Delcatty with normalize on the field.I used skill swap on Delcatty then on one of the opponent pokemon and then I used trick or Treat on Delcatty.
Delcatty need to be able to learn skill swap
