Why are Alola Form ideas just "Pokemon but with Hawaii stuff"

True, they should learn from game freak and make them "pokemon, but with artic stuff and igloos". Just because alola is based in hawaii, it doesn't mean their pokemon will have hawaiian influences.

Because most people are shit at Pokemon design. They slap on all kind of human culture Hawaiian stuff on Pokemon to make it an Alola form.

Because some fakes are stupid ideas with no creativity, but it works in some Pokémon when the Hawaii pattern makes sense. For example, an Alolan form of Nosepass/Probopass based on tikis or wooden Moai heads might be really good.

Shark teeth bladed weapons due to a lack of iron.
Also marlin bills and whale bones were used.
Some of them dipped their spears in palytoxin, so they only needed a scratch to kill people.
That said, it's not really a fitting typing.
