Mega diance is a fucking beast, it has amazing offenses, solid speed, alright bulk and a meme ability that solidify it in OU. Scizor can always one-shot her, but it at least can serve as a talonflame and M-sableye counter

Diancie checks/beats top dogs like Klefki, Latios, Darkrai, Lugia, Yveltal, and Ho-oh. Also because of its STAB (Fairy/Rock with Ground coverage) and speed tier, not much can really come up on it.

Groudon doesn't want to switch in on it because of Earth Power, so it's really only bulky Kyogre that matters when fighting it.
