Personally, I don't think it'll happen. I think Game Freak really wants starters to have the sense of being rare and precious, so breeding the perfect starter with egg moves will be a lot more difficult.
But I think it is important to know that an 87.5% male ratio doesn't actually mean "87.5% masculine". Gender ratio doesn't actually reflect the "masculinity" or "femininity" of the Pokemon.
Even Eevee gets the exact same gender ratio, and several of its evolutions lean towards feminine, such as Vaporeon, Espeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon.
