Put it in the 3ds folder so it will show up on menuhax.
Copypasta - To anyone that uses PCHex on their 3DS - make sure you only edit pokemon that are deposited into the PC boxes. Weird stuff including slight corruption happen to any pokemon edited while they are in your party. I tried changing a vivillon's ability from dust shield to compound Eyes while in the 1st spot of my party at it lost my region's wing pattern and somehow would randomly display the mega evo orb next to the name. 3 others kept their in-game models but would show up in PCHex as unown letter pokemon. Any other I edited that was in the storage boxes were unaffected like giving a frogadier protean and a sylveon pixilate.

If you, for example, edit a standard caught pokemon to have a egg move in its moveset, then pchex won't add that move to the egg-move list automatically. This ends up with a pokemon that has a move that it cannot have => illegal.
Same if you create a pokemon "from scratch" or by modifying an existing pokemon to be a different one. Met location and level won't be adjusted, neither will egg moves, it will end up as a illegal pokemon in 99% of the times.
Only use pchex for nature/iv/ev/ball/(ability unless its a hidden one), or you'll end up with a hacked mon. Check pkhex on pc for a legimitacy check, that one is really helpful and you'll see how limited pchex is.
