Nobody knows. Pokedex doesn't mention anything about it, but that doesn't really mean much. At the same time, the anime is known for making shit up, especially when it comes to the way pokemon communicate.

I wish confined form didn't exist and Hoopa was added to ORAS the same way the new megas were. Also wish there were actual story events to catch him because having the big bad behind all the random legendaries in ORAS just handed out at events is sad.

I love the design of Hoopa C, and absolutely love the concept of both forms. In practice, I feel like Unbound is a bit iffy-design-wise, though the fundamental concept of the detachable arms with the portals gets me a bit chubby. Magician a shit, but whatever.

I feel Unbound is a bit overdone, though I don't know how I'd fix it. I'd probably make the feet more standard claws, and remove a few of the rings from the horns and wrists, but IDK.
