>>28059300So there's some Pokemon on routes that are a higher level than others, so you'd use a Pokemon (preferably with Illuminate) as your led with a Smoke Ball to encounter that Pokemon more than usual.
For example, Goomy and Stunfisk are both level 31, and my Staryu is level 31. Because I used a Repel and am the same level as both mentioned Pokemon, anything else that I can find while surfing, walking on grass, going through a cave, etc. will not show up but the Pokemon as the same level as mine, as long as it's in the lead spot. Illuminate just makes it appear more, but you need a lot of repels and patience. I'm trying to find a list right now of other Pokemon you can RT.
