Hopefully you can use the Move Reminder to make its movepool less garbage. It really looks like it's just there to fill Pokedexes.

Actually, it is Gen V's Masuda, if you see closely it looks like Torchic is Masuda's favorite Pokemon:

-Amity Square for no reason allows you to use a Torchic (it even appears on the billboard)
-Even if it was only a hint about Hoenn getting remakes why Torchic's last evo was chosen for XY?
-Torchic appears ALSO for no reason on XY's intro (in the Amie part, maybe because of the event)
-Speed Boost as HA, an ability that Game Freak knew that if any dedicated physical sweeper get it then it would be pretty broken (thankfully this is not the case on Doubles)

True, but I liked using Victini in Black and would like to have one for something other than taking up space in my box. I'm not sure what happened to that Victini, actually. I think I traded it for a Palkia or something because I was an idiot.
