I'm glad they actually haven't done it now, what with our new knowledge of its anatomy they can make a mon based on its acual appearance. They could probably just stick it in with no real changes and it would fit right in imo. Maybe as a gen 8 fossilmon.

Yup, that's it.

Actually now that I think about it, the way it walks on its hands reminds me of a gorilla, so they could make it big and burly like that. It would be pretty neat imo.

In any case, its prevo could be basically Dimetrodon, too. They could make it able to spin around like a disc or something. Give it Rollout and Rapid Spin and stuff. Would be pretty cool.

Before helioptile I had an idea for a frilled lizard grass starter that evolved into a dimetrodon and then the (classic) spinosaurus. I loved that idea.

the only reason im down on it now is because helioptile has such an interesting silhouette and overall design. It put to shame any design id thought of. i don't care that there'd be two frilled lizard pokemon, moreso that I felt ba that mine was just a reptilian thing with the head frills. It was basically a green charmander. I really love how helioptile's frills work and its sort of body structure. It really stands out.

That fight was bullshit. The Spinosaurus's jaw is designed for hunting fish and other marine life. The Tyrannosaurus's jaw is designed for breaking bones and devouring larger prey. Also, the Spinosaurus's spine would have been a major disadvantage for the creature.
