Which Nicknamed Pokemon is most important to you? What were they nicknamed after? Any stories regarding them?

I've been playing since Gen I but my sis Amaki has become my most trusted bro. She's named after Kamen Rider Amaki.

I feel like a freak, unless its a nuzlocke I can't keep nicknames on my Pokemon, I always see people without them and then feel weird.
