But in the "new canon" it fits pretty good, and could easily be the result of the weapon. So Deo was made in both universes in different ways
I know that sounds highly unlikely, especially since there's no indication of what would've made Deo in Old Canon, but i also thinks the story of the weapon fits a bit too well into this for it to be complete coincidence
Besides, this is fiction we're talking about, just because it's unlikely to us, doesn't mean it's unlikely to the devs
