That's something I want but I want it to be like a pokedex detailing all the Pokemon using an old style art and stories/poems kind of like that book in the unown movie

They could easily sell that

Also make it purely special attack with each move corresponding to a page that shows the elemental type

Cosbill - A Dark/Flying Duck that mates with your other pokemon while the game is turned off then lies about it for years.

Darwon/Darwinnest/Darwincest - Hairy caveman that evolves into an ape, then a fish with legs.

Golberg - Golbat evolution. It controls the media with its enormous nose. If a Meowth scatters coins it has to stop and pick them up.

Rapidamp - The product of Ponyta/Rapidash inbreeding. Its only move is Metronome.

Sploit/Metasploit - Electric Penetration type pokemon that attacks your wireless network and your phone and everything you own.
