Chatot, super fragile special attacker that isn't that strong or fast without a choice item anyways, that usually runs STAB boomburst, heatwave, roost and its signature move chatter, a STAB flying attack that always confuses the target, making it annoying as fuck since nothing is immune to flying, and the mons with own tempo usually have better abilities.
I quite like Chatot, but always felt it had potential to evolve into a musical macaw or somerhing.
