Design wise, they are all overdesigned and their directions / themes are not clear. Tiger with flaming orbs? Ok, but why? I don't get it. It just looks like a digimon. Worst of the 3.
Tuxedowl is the closest thing here to a decent design. Still overdesigned, especially on the head. I would remove the brown from the feathers and the plumage on it's forehead to reduce the clutter, in addition to making the feet either pure brown or pure orange. A good pokemon design is simple and to the point, details that are not necessary should be removed or revised.
Don't even get me started on the third.. thing.
