A mega evo that focuses on being a giant fucking whale.

Make it the size and weight of an actual whale, give it defensive typing, huge power, and a bit of boost to atk/def to make it less squishy.

It's still no good but thanks to Magic Bounce and the new stats spread it could have a niche, it can also run a Scarf or an Assault Vest, but don't expect great results. Or just give it a Mega

There should be an Inflate move, or something similar, that does more damage depending on base HP.

I'd like it if it looked less like a blimp.
Maybe make the body a little more hydrodynamic and make its flippers longer.

Machamp knows fissure in S/M.

You can transfer gen 1 pokes to S/M, including machamp.
No Guard isn't a secret ability, so you can just ability capsule into it if it doesn't have it already.
