Because Water Compaction likely doesn't give it a Water immunity, from what I've been told.

And ghost-types always have scary entries about killing things and/or taking their life force, it's not really all that shocking.

What's really shocking is how lazily that Pikachu is drawn.

yeah, but the games never say that these types of ability grant immunity. In fact the only "x type raises y stat" ability that doesn't grant immunity is justified
