It's clear that "performer" is not the theme for Disarming Voice, and unless you can find a theme that is more consistent with all Pokemon that learn it upon level up than "feminine, fairy-like and cute" you do not have an argument.
If you're going to go on a tirade about how "GameFreak could change that pattern for this game!!!", show us one (1) time when a move's theme (beaks = peck, can roll up into a ball = rollout, etc.) has drastically changed inbetween generations.
