I'm still mad.

Pokemon Sun and Moon are ruined.
Obviously the Pokemon Team just stopped caring about balance and decided to completely make breeding useless.

Breeding will still be highly useful, you can only Hyper Train at 100. Silver Bottle Cap raises one stat to 31, Gold raises multiple (all?) to 31.

It's more intended to remove the need to soft-reset legendaries for hours/days/weeks and to make playthrough and found shinies actually viable.
