You also don't encounter hoopa in the games, or you're explained about it.
Again, killed 2 birds with one stone and the team managed to pull off not giving a shit about hoopa in game to also use it's stuff to create more "content" that wasn't even done right.

Worst part, they didn't even redo the music in oras soundfont to make it fit.

They did it for other legendaries on HG/SS, but they flat out copy pasted the older themes in ORAS.
That game is a rushed mess of unfinished crap.

I can't really argue with this, however. The only real advantages ORAS has over Emerald are the updated mechanics and no longer needing an event item for Deoxys. They feel like rushed pieces of shit because they were. I wonder how the games would have turned out if we had more than a year of development time.
