There are Prophecy Scrolls of different colors. ("Red Prophecy Scroll, Blue Prophecy Scroll, etc. I think its all the colors of the rainbow) An NPC tells of a legend that implies one can encounter "the most powerful pokemon" by collecting all of the scrolls.

Once they are all collected they turn out to be fake leaks.
