When that wasn't enough anymore, I bought a pair of 5kg dumbbells. I recommend it after a while, because you have to stack too much shit and it gets annoying.
I bought 2 pairs of 2kg strap-on weights (those you usually use on your legs) to increase the weight on the dumbbells now, so I'm doing 9kg on each.
Your diet is pretty much what I eat too. I went from eating 1500 calories a day to around 2800. I needed that because I was a hungry skelleton.
