>>28129536It might seem disrespectful that Pele gets a Pokemon design based on a pig. However, one of the Hawaiian deities associated with Pele is Kamapua'a, the Hawaiian pig god. Apparently Kamapua'a was Pele's lover and rival.
Now, I'm still not sure if I'm truly convicted by these leaks, but if they are true, I can see how their designs are plausible for a Pokemon game. It is fairly in line with how Game Freak designs Pokemon.
If anything, I hope it's real. I'd be disappointed in Rockruff's evo but I'll gladly exchange it for this lava pig. I want it on my team!
