Is this toy in movie 8's intro a hidden foreshadow of Finneon like the Woobat hat in the Zoroark movie?

Am I the first one to spot this? I can't find it anywhere else.

Probably because Movie 8 was the Lucario one I think, there might be a few more subtle Gen 4 references
