I meant more that Delcatty isn't really meant for battling, it seems more like a relaxed, domesticated pokemon that people use as pets. Normalize kind of reflects this although I wish it were a little better of an ability. Somebody else suggested it could give the 30% boost but I think Delcatty wouldn't hit very hard regardless.
