Among the only designs I truly loved (and tend to show to my normie friends who say that Pokemon designs went to shit) are the Sandile line (Krookodile is literally the best designed Pokemon since Gen I), Darumaka line, Venipede line, Larvesta line,
Druddigon and a few others.
I mean if you like it that's fine, a little fan service goes a long way, and I was on board myself for while. But I just got tired of it after a while.
