I'm trying my best to like the tiger, but jesus fuck, not even fan art can even redeem its design. I was hoping fan art could prove me wrong and that it could redeem the tiger for me and maybe I could even see him with different eyes but not even that. The tiger's whole anatomy just feels... wrong, like it shouldn't meant to be when in this designs' case, it actually makes perfect sense because sea lions really are bulky as fuck and have great upper strength and are strong as fuck. And giving it a theme that doesn't revolve about fighting for once despite its bulk is quite honestly a really fresh take.
I don't know, it just makes more sense for me for the sea lion to be the bulky one rather than the cat, considering the situation at hand regarding our starters. But eh. And of all things, how does someone come up with the fucking idea of picking a big ass sea lion, give it not only a clown theme, but a strongman theme, a Bozo bag theme and a acrobat theme. And his mega alludes to a fucking harlequin. Of all possible fake evolutions I've seen for Popplio in the goddamn internet, this guy is legitimately the only one I've seen with so much theme diversity and mashing into it. He's so many things combined, I'm not sure how the artist remembered to just combine all of these instead of just settling for one or the other when that's the easy way out.
