Some background. There's a faggot on this board called Richard. Richard is an actual autist who takes Pokedex entries as absolute fact, and the highest form of canon. He also has no ability to process humor.
The Pokedex entry claims Mew can learn every move. However, there is no way for Mew to learn Crabhammer, since no TM or Tutor exists for it.
"Mew can't learn Crabhammer" started as a way to make Richard leave, but caught on for general use, related to the Pokedex lying, and taking anything too seriously.
