Its design could be something like one of those stereotypical tomes and sit on a pedestal. Pic related. It could float around like this. Maybe have eyes above the book itself... or maybe like it's a pop-up book? That could be cool. Like when it attacks the pages would flip and an arm that looks like it's made of construction paper would jump out.
Its ability could be something generic, maybe Levitate just because. Probably pure Ghost, but you could push for it to be Ghost/Grass or Ghost/Psychic if you really wanted to.
Stats would be roughly as follows:
80/85/40/95/50/70
So basically a garbage mon. But it's literally a possessed book, what are you going to do?
Alternatively, you could make it be only a single book, but give it an ability like Schooling and make it have a "library" form or something.
