I have a shitty camera, I'll try and take a picture with my tablet. The card wasn't cut right, part of the border is cut out. If you look closely at the top right of the first pic, you can really tell from the back of the card

Not terribly, the ones that are really worth something are the cards that have significant chunks of another card appearing as well. (At least for the newer cards, can't say the same for early cards)

It's just a miscut. If TPCi is anything like Wizards, you can send it to them and they'll replace it. It's not really worth a lot, though, I don't think.
