Hell yeah.
I hope it gets a better Hidden Ability, or a different ability upon evolving. Or at least access to Hone Claws.
But regardless, I'm stoked.
The starters could now evolve into literal steaming shitpiles and I wouldn't care.

The difference is this might have a chance of having really good defensive stats, so that's something.

Rattata is all about speed. It's really all it has going for it. So being hardcountered by a common priority move is pretty bad.

How? Just switch the fuck out you dumbfuck. It could be slow as piss an have mediocre defenses like Bisharp and it'd still be an improvement over regular Rattata.
