Why are people claiming that leak is correct when it mentions the Rattata line as being dark, when it's dark/normal?

if he'd had said Rattata is still normal type he would have been equally "correct"

You do know that leaks usually don't have 100% correct info, the exact same thing happened with XY and BW.
Things change in development/they get some stuff wrong/they give out wrong info on purpose to know who's the leaker.
