How to be able to use fossilmons in FRLG?

I wanna use one of the fossilmons because they look cool as shit, but getting them at level 5 when they were 30 in gen 1 and when your team is at level ~45+ is a fucking crime.

Any advice?

Teach it Surf and/or Rock slide(from the move tutor in Rock Tunnel). Then give it an Exp Share, and have it in 1st or 2nd slot in the party. Together with another strong Pokemon, go to Route 16 and spam the VS Seeker on the duo. They will have Ninetales and Rapidash so its not a huge problem for the fossil Pokemon type wise.

Just train them as any other Pokémon for goodness sake, up to you if want to use an EXP share or do it normal to shape its EVs into place.
