How many bulky water types learn mirror coat? How is that generic? Marvel scale anyone? There's nothing generic about milotic, it also has competitive as a second ability. Being honest, it needs a Mega at least, if anything to keep up with Gyarados. IIRC GF was going to give it one in ORAS but they couldn't settle in a design. I've noticed all of the fanmade mega evos for it are awful.
