However, I am pretty sure they at least created it to survive in any form of environment right ? Why does it need a special adaptation when it generally outclasses all other pokemon in the region. Usually the Alolan form is an adaptation to rival pokemon like ratata and youngoos or exeggutor and crabrawler. So there is no point to giving it an alolan form unless there is something actively threatening its existence.
