It won't, but it will probably run a bit better on a N3DS because of processing power. XY had slowdowns at times, especially in double and triple battles. I don't know about ORAS

Welp, I wouldn't know, I only have an O3DS and I can live with some slowdowns in a turn based game anyway.
Still, GameFreak needs to learn how to potimize their shit, releasing console games with framerate issues is pretty embarrassing. You know what specs the end users machines have, what are you even doing.

It depends on the game.

Hyrule Warriors runs better because the framerate is unlocked, but the GPU is still the same so graphics might RUN better but not necessarily LOOK better.
