Even if muk/voltorb were as bad as Palloshit (they aren't) that was 20 fucking years ago. That was 6 generations ago. That was on limited gameboy hardware. That was part of a whopping 150 designs. That was in the first game that had less development resources because they had to establish EVERYTHING.

But pokemon is literally in the top 5 selling game franchises of all time at this point, they could easily spare millions of dollars into its development, it's reusing the models from X/Y, AND THEY THINK THAT A PILE OF FUCKING DIRT WITH EYEBALLS IS OKAY AT THIS POINT, BUT IT'S TOTALLY FINE BECAUSE SOME BUDDING GAMEBOY FRANCHISE DID SOMETHING SIMILAR 20 YEARS AGO.
