i don't see why everyone sucks garchomp's dick. sure, he's got ridiculous attack, but your boy weavile could be trained full special defense and hp and still one-shot him with ice shard. anyone who lets garchomp get set up deserves to lose

I know jackshit about ice types. Aren't like 90% of them 'defensively' built? Are there any Ice types that say 'fuck defense/health, put it all on speed and attack' instead?
