Gets Moonblast. Sheer Force won't benefit Hyper Voice, but it'll help Moonblast, Fire Blast, Psychic, Focus Blast, and Shadow Ball. Whatever set Wigglytuff runs, it'll work. Switch it in on a Defog or get them to bring in an Intimidate 'mon on it for the Competitive boost.
