if you're underleveled to the point of needing screens, you're not doing enough damage for them to last long enough to cover you.
the only niche ledian is remotely close to is using struggle bug to wear down special attackers, but it is incapable of ko-ing absolutely anything. you know who else has this niche? literally every bug pokémon.
it's a shame, because i love its design, but it's fucking awful in battle.
