Is Hidden Power Fire really the best one to use or could I use let's say use Hidden Power Rock? I mean trying to manipulate IVs for Hidden Power is a pain in the ass.

I run it. Its not bad at all.
Encore ruins most boosting things. It hard walls breloom and serperior. And can rest off most other non threats like heatran.
