The digimon could be named Mousemon, both the animal and the machine, an electric mouse.
It would have a computer mouse shaped torso like Kamemon, but instead of a ball in its chest it has a red laser.
Give it the same face and color scheme as the rat Deva. It's Pikachu but made of digimon parts!
