I don't personally like camerupt's mega but at least it changes significantly and follows the theme, the sharkpedo mega competely wasted a great opportunity. They could've extended the body to make it more like an actual shark, but kept it torpedo shaped. Less random markings and spikes, give it a bigger dorsal fin and bosh.
Mega aerodactyl has too many rocks and a stupid chin spike. While it is hard to come up with a mega for such a usually simplistic pokemon, they could've just extended its features to make it more like a quetzalcoatlus
