I just ordered a plushie from Pokemon Center who's page I had open for a couple of days, and realized after I ordered that the item is out of stock. I'm not sure if I just got the last one or if it was like that before I ordered, but what happens in the latter case?

I guess you just have to wait until yoyr order arrives then. If the item is out of stock they should refund it if not you'll have to contact them.
